I am originally from California, United States. I am an experienced ESL educator and nonprofit leader with over 20 years of English-teaching experience and two decades of leadership in the social and public sectors. I hold a TESOL certification and a BA degree, and I specialize in developing practical, high-impact curricula for university students, adult learners, and professionals who require clear and effective English communication for public-sector work, policy explanation, and international coordination.
In addition to my teaching background, I have extensive experience in public-sector program development and strategic planning. I have collaborated with city, state, and federal institutions in the United States to design and secure funding for initiatives focused on job creation, regional development, and welfare support for underserved communities. My work includes programs that support entrepreneurship development, agricultural development, and independent-living assistance for the growing senior population.
I have also partnered with various public institutions to develop programs that help at-risk youth continue their education, learn entrepreneurship, and build strong family and community values. Furthermore, I have contributed to establishing and funding programs that support laid-off workers as they transition into new careers, strengthening workforce resilience at the regional level.

I am Carl Valentino, a global business consultant and trainer from Canada, with 15+ years of experience supporting Fortune 1000 companies, private equity firms, and government institutions across North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
